Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FIFO Key Solutions provides a cloud-based software platform that includes AI-powered automation tools, workflow management, cloud integrations, developer APIs, and related productivity features. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have selected.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Our Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription rate. Subscription fees are:

• Starter Plan: $19.00 USD per month
• Pro Plan: $49.00 USD per month
• Business Plan: $99.00 USD per month

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must provide payment information to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@fifokey.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated technology, content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by FIFO KEY SOLUTIONS LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term. You retain all ownership of data you upload or create through the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIFO KEY SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
