• Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property rights of any third party
• Conduct phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive practices
• Distribute malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure or any third-party service
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from third parties in violation of their terms of service
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that facilitates human trafficking, child exploitation, or illegal content

3. Resource Usage

You agree to use system resources (API calls, automation runs, storage, bandwidth) within the limits of your subscription plan. Excessive use that degrades service for other users may result in throttling or account suspension. Contact us if you need higher limits — we offer enterprise plans for high-volume use cases.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for all data you process through the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to process any data you upload, store, or transmit through the platform. You must not use the Service to process sensitive personal data (such as medical records or financial data) without appropriate safeguards.

5. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account. You may not conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning of our infrastructure without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

When using FIFO Key to interact with third-party services, you are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those third parties. We are not responsible for your violations of third-party terms.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate your account
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
• Report violations to law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with legal proceedings

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at support@fifokey.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or applicable law. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
