Refund Policy

FIFO KEY SOLUTIONS LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions to the FIFO Key platform.
1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase or any subscription renewal. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a refund within this window and we will process a full refund to your original payment method with no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:
- Email: support@fifokey.com
- Subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Account Email]”
- Include your account email address and the reason for the refund (optional)
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
3. Refunds After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase or renewal are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error
- Service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours that materially impacted your ability to use the platform
- Billing errors on our part
We do not generally issue prorated refunds for cancellations made after the 7-day window. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
4. Free Trial
Our 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. No charges occur during the trial period. A charge will only be made if you actively choose to subscribe at the end of your trial. If you subscribe and want a refund, the standard 7-day refund policy applies from the date of first charge.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees for periods already used (beyond the 7-day window)
- Add-on features or one-time purchases unless defective
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact our support team first — we are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and quickly.
